Return Policy

At DLABH, we aim to ensure you're happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, please contact our customer service at info@dlabh.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We highly recommend that you inspect and try on all items as soon as they arrive.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Non-refundable shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Requirements for Returnable Items:

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Refunds will be denied if the returned item shows any signs of wear, washing, alteration, or missing tags.

Other Considerations:

  • Promotional gifts: If you received a promotional gift with your order, you may keep the gift even if you return the item.
  • Return shipping responsibility: Ensure your return package contains only the items intended for return. We are unable to return any non-DLABH items mistakenly included in your return shipment.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request: Email us at info@dlabh.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return confirmation: We will respond within 1 working day with confirmation and provide you with our return address.
  3. Shipping your return: After receiving confirmation, ship the item using your local post office. Keep a record of the package's weight and obtain a tracking number for your shipment.
  4. Provide package information: Once the return is shipped, email us the tracking number and package weight so we can monitor the status of your return.
  5. Inspection of returned items: After we receive your return, we will inspect it within 2 business days to ensure it complies with our return policy.
  6. Refund processing: If the item meets our return criteria, we will process the refund within 3 business days (processing time depends on your payment method and bank). The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges on any products. If you are not satisfied with an item and require another item, all unsatisfied items must be returned and a new order placed for the desired item.

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Prices vary by country and shipping carrier. Customers must confirm the delivery status of their returns.

Refund Details

  • For returned items, we refund the price paid for the returned item. We do not refund shipping charges, shipping guarantees, or shipping taxes.
  • Refunds will only be initiated once the returned package has been scanned and confirmed to have returned to our warehouse.
  • Once confirmed, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 2-3 business days, depending on your bank and payment method. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items

DLABH will issue a full refund, including shipping, for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items as long as we are notified within 30 days of delivery.

We are not liable for:

  • Returned items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please keep your receipt with tracking information.
  • Product damage due to misuse, improper handling, or poor maintenance.
